When looking at your organization through the lens of the enneagram, from a system's perspective you simply want to take seriously the emotional processes at work within your organization. A change in one part of the system necessarily creates a change in another part of the system. The emotional forces at work within your organization, if not recognized, can greatly undermine what it is you hope to accomplish. A key to how you manage others will be how you manage yourself. Leadership, in the final analysis is not about what you know, it's about how you show up.
