*A NOTE ABOUT RETREATS:  A retreat involves an introduction to the enneagram system, a break down of each style and group or panel discussion.  As there are nine styles to get through and each takes about an hour to cover well, you can see how one day would not allow sufficient time to do anything more than give a general overview of the system, a sense of what styles make up your team and begin you on the journey you will need to take post retreat to work together on your own to figure out how it all fits together.  Ideally with each style there is a teaching segment, a video of a person of that type and feedback from person within your group who identify with that type.  One day will introduce you to the system and allow for very limited interaction.  Therefore, I recommend a day and a half at least (For example: a Friday evening & Saturday) or a day one week and another the next.
