"It is very evident that you are energized and knowledgeable about the Enneagram and interpersonal dynamics."
"It was very evident that you have invested much time/energy into your presentation. It will be helpful to read through the materials as I reflect on the Enneagram results. The bibliography with books, podcasts, links, and the App will be very helpful."

"We have continued to reflect on the retreat and how there were times we felt that God's Spirit was speaking to us. I believe that we will utilize the Enneagram to help understand ourselves and others. And, another result will hopefully be that we come to appreciate each other's strengths. Thank you..."
"I believe it was a beginning, but I needed more time to process it during that day. There was minimal time offered for self-reflection."
"While I felt that there were some specific strengths/challenges of each person highlighted, we had very little opportunity to develop relationships. I really wanted more time to use the results of our Enneagram for getting to know my co-workers."
"I liked the exercises that we did in pairs. I really was able to get to know my colleague."

*A NOTE ABOUT RETREATS: A retreat involves an introduction to the enneagram system, a break down of each style and group or panel discussion. As there are nine styles to get through and each takes about an hour to cover well, you can see how one day would not allow sufficient time to do anything more than give a general overview of the system, a sense of what styles make up your team and begin you on the journey you will need to take post retreat to work together on your own to figure out how it all fits together. Ideally with each style there is a teaching segment, a video of a person of that type and feedback from person within your group who identify with that type. One day will introduce you to the system and allow for very limited interaction. Therefore, I recommend a day and a half at least (For example: a Friday evening & Saturday) or a day one week and another the next. The comments above reflect a one day retreat. It was a good retreat, but feedback affirmed that it would have been better had I kept it to a general overview that fit into the other things they envisioned doing as a staff during their time.
