Participants will come to understand their style as it relates to others on the team. The goal of this retreat is to help team members see how they can best work WITH one another to advance the mission, vision and values of the organization. NOTE: each person's willingness to work on themselves rather than "fix" others is key to a successful retreat. Though this can be woven into other things you are working on in retreat, devoting a full day to this workshop is recommended.
NOTE: Participants ARE very much encouraged to take the enneagram assessment I use ahead of time.
*Additional costs include travel & lodging where necessary and $15.00 per participant for participant notebooks if requested.
